During our first phone call together, she spoke so compassionately when speaking about our disabled child and our experience. It is apparent that she is a kind human but is also highly skilled in her practice. Attorney Elizabeth Faiella is a take-charge lawyer who believed in my medical malpractice case from the moment of first contact. My husband and I were visiting Florida from another state when he became ill and passed away after admittance to a local hospital.

I cannot say enough about the excellent representation that I received from Ms Faiella and her partner. Her staff is excellent and all are caring and sympathetic. After my husband’s accidental death, there were problems with the insurance company’s refusal to pay. Ms. Faiella, who is warm, caring, intelligent and hard working put me at ease immediately. She and her partner took care of everything. I was informed about what to expect and kept up to date throughout the process. It took five years, but we persisted. I first Met Elizabeth Faiella after a local news station falsely accused me of murder, rape and child abuse over 30 years ago. I felt my world come crashing down around me! She defended me against this giant and totally vindicated me of ALL WRONG DOING!! I owe this woman my life! Elizabeth won our case quickly! Elizabeth and her son Peter Gulden won our malpractice case in about 13 Months! That’s excellent for Orange County, Florida! They soundly handed their adversaries their defeat and made them settle out of court! We are extremely grateful to them, and recommend them to anyone who is looking to win their case in Central Florida. Losing is not an option for them.
