During our first phone call together, she spoke so compassionately when speaking about our disabled child and our experience. Attorney Elizabeth Faiella is a take-charge lawyer who believed in my medical malpractice case from the moment of first contact. My husband and I were visiting Florida from another state when he became ill and passed away after admittance to a local hospital.

I cannot say enough about the excellent representation that I received from Ms Faiella and her partner. Her staff is excellent and all are caring and sympathetic. After my husband’s accidental death, there were problems with the insurance company’s refusal to pay. Ms. Faiella, who is warm, caring, intelligent and hard working put me at ease immediately. I first Met Elizabeth Faiella after a local news station falsely accused me of murder, rape and child abuse over 30 years ago. I felt my world come crashing down around me! Elizabeth won our case quickly! Elizabeth and her son Peter Gulden won our malpractice case in about 13 Months! That’s excellent for Orange County, Florida! They soundly handed their adversaries their defeat and made them settle out of court! We are extremely grateful to them, and recommend them to anyone who is looking to win their case in Central Florida. Losing is not an option for them.
