We are extremely grateful

Elizabeth and her son Peter Gulden won our malpractice case in about 13 Months! That's excellent for Orange County, Florida! They soundly handed their adversaries their defeat and made them settle out of court! We are extremely grateful to them, and recommend them to anyone who is looking to win their case in Central Florida. Losing is not an option for them. This took place in 2013 and I bet they know who we are too! We love them both! Also their Paralegal is outstanding as well! You cant' lose with this team!

A very brave woman

Elizabeth is an extrodinary attorney and lady she fought for my family even when things weren't looking so good in the end at least my children will have something to help them along in this world and I got some form of justice for my husband who is greatly missed. As well versed as the medical professionals

I have had the pleasure of working with Peter on several very complex and challenging medical malpractice cases. I marveled at his ability to quickly educate himself on the particular nuances of the particular medical negligence issue(s), and to assimilate the information in a manner whereby right from the outset of the case, he practically was as well versed as the medical professionals. I owe this woman my life!

I first Met Elizabeth Faiella after a local news station falsely accused me of murder, rape and child abuse over 30 years ago. I felt my world come crashing down around me! She defended me against this giant and totally vindicated me of ALL WRONG DOING!! I owe this woman my life! Not only is she professional and extremely talented, she defends her clients like a lioness would defend her cubs. With all the advertising and very superficial legal service we seem to be inundated with these days, it is rare indeed to see attorneys like Faiella and Gulden who are the "real deal" and actually practice law with character, professionalism, and a true sense of respect and responsibility for their clients.

I have recommended this firm to many of my friends.

I was referred to this firm through another attorney from the Tampa Area which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This firm, including the paralegals, were so thorough in their investigation of all aspect of the case. They gave my case the "personal" touch, getting to know all the members of my family and the effect my wife's death had on each. I was very comfortable... from the first meeting. I remember leaving that meeting and discussing my decision with my thirty year old son and the both of us had the same impression, they are genuine, caring, and approachable people. Having never dealt with lawyers I had no idea what to expect, but they all put me at ease and made me feel like they would do whatever possible to obtain restitution for what happened to my wife.

Elizabeth's closing statement was amazing! She honestly had no idea how remarkable it was. During the deliberation by the jury the hospital lawyers were presenting settlement offers and she presented them to me and after two offers I finally told her to not entertain any more offers, after what I heard in her closing I had confidence that the jury would rule in our favor. And they did!!

To prove how "down-to-earth" this firm is, after the verdict was read we were all in the elevator and we all screamed after the doors closed. (Elevator yell)
